Barbados Reference Laboratory Ltd is a full-service Clinical and Anatomical Pathology Laboratory serving Barbados and the Caribbean. It offers a broad spectrum of clinical and anatomical pathology services. The laboratory was first accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) in 2009. This was the first such accreditation for a multi-discipline diagnostic clinical laboratory in the English-speaking Caribbean.
