Physiotherapy & Optimal Performance Services (POPS)

Physiotherapy & Optimal Performance Services (POPS) was opened in November 2019 by its owner and brought to fruition the long term goal of bringing a new and vibrant physiotherapy service to the Barbadian public. Since its opening, the practice has expanded to include a variety of classes in keeping with its vision. Some of the classes offered include, the Smart Start Programme (beginners exercise programme), AquaNatal Classes (a unique 6-week programme for expectant mothers) and AquaAerobics (pool exercise for all ages). POPS is pleased to be able to deliver unique and individualised services for all. POPS is committed to providing top-class services, equipment and care to assist in rehabilitation, high-performance and fitness for all.
