About
The Community Baboon Sanctuary (CBS) is a voluntary grassroots conservation project founded in 1985 in Bermudian Landing. It aims to sustain the habitat of the Black Howler Monkey and promote economic development in participating communities. Over 200 landowners conserve their land, protecting the monkeys and other species. The CBS offers visitors a chance to experience the rainforest and see Black Howler Monkeys in the wild.
