Tropical Fusion Restaurant is owned by Chef Kenneth Molyneaux, who was born and raised in Long Bay, Tortola. Chef Molyneaux studied Culinary Arts at the New England Culinary Institute, graduating with honors and receiving the President's Award. He has worked at several British Virgin Islands hotels and restaurants, including Long Bay Beach Hotel and Peter Island. Chef Molyneaux has also served as a guest chef, judged culinary competitions, and was Team Captain for the National Culinary Team, leading them to a Gold Medal in 2011. The restaurant is located in Long Bay.
