About
Tabernacle Baptist Christian Academy was established twenty-five years ago by Pastor Alpheus Woodside, Senior Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He envisioned a Christian school with affordable tuition, where Christian education and athletics are essential. The Tabernacle Falcons Thanksgiving Basketball Classic was established in 1999. This tournament was created by Mr. Norris Bain, Principal and Senior Boys Basketball Head Coach at the Academy, and Mr. Dale Burns.
