Chukka Caribbean Adventures was founded by Danny Melville, starting with a polo and equestrian center in Ocho Rios, Jamaica in 1983. The company created the Horseback Ride N Swim, which is described as the first adventure tour of its kind in Jamaica. Management is now handled by Danny's sons and John Byles. Chukka offers canopy zip line tours, ATV, dune buggy, and 4x4 tours that explore rainforests, trails, and local communities.
