Sheik Lisha Ltd
About
In 1954, then-owners, Mr Ishmael and Mrs Sahidan Akaloo established Sheik Lisha Ltd as a family-owned business in Trinidad and Tobago. The company originated as a sole trading business, manufacturing vermicelli, split peas powder and curry powder. Later Mr Churchill Azad Akaloo, the only son of Mr Ishmael and Mrs Sahidan Akaloo assumed leadership. Today, Mr Churchill Azad Akaloo, along with the assistance of his wife, Mrs Kulsum Sona Akaloo and family members lead the company. Under their leadership, we have become one of the largest leading manufacturers and distributors in T&T serving the Caribbean, North America and Canada. We supply a complete product line of paper bags made from virgin kraft paper. Additionally, we provide wholesalers and retailers with a wide range of sizes and weights for a multitude of needs. Moreover, in addition to manufacturing plastic products such as poly bags, poly film, and poly sheeting, we are a leading garbage bag manufacturer. We offer custom garbage bags of varying types and sizes. To learn more, call or browse our products at www.sheiklisha.com.
