About

Registered in January 1947, Trinidad and Tobago Electrical Contractors Ltd, is the country's longest-standing electrical contracting firm. Many a competitor has blossomed and faded in this time. But, remaining committed to our founder Mr. Noble Marquez's principle of providing the customer the best value for money, TATEC continues to thrive. It was as a provider of reliable services to the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Company that secured TATEC's its early foothold. Aside from our contracting business, TATEC is also a wholesaler and retailer of electrical equipment. TATEC is the only local electrical contractor actively engaged in the sale of equipment. We are the local representative for a number of international producers including Eaton/Cutler Hammer's a relationship that began in the 1960's in their guise of Westing House Electric. Our prices are competitive with any of the other suppliers of electrical equipment on the local market. Plus we offer expert advice and offer full installation, maintenance and testing support that simple suppliers cannot. Quality meant something in 1947, and as long as there are customers that still value quality, TATEC shall be there to provide their service. Contact us.
